Customer Success

As part of the team, you’ll be at the center of our customer relationships — building trust, driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring strong adoption. You’ll work closely with our Commercial, Sales and Product Development teams, playing a key role in delivering value to customers while helping us scale how we support a growing client base by streamlining and improving processes
About Vind AI
Vind AI was founded in Oslo in 2022, with the goal of becoming the industry standard for how wind power projects are planned and developed. Our company offers a web-based platform that brings together data, analysis and collaboration tools to support decision-making and reduce risk in the early stages of renewable energy projects.
By combining advanced analyses, visualizations and bottom-up cost estimates, the platform helps wind developers rapidly assess the business case of their projects, both onshore and offshore. It has been well received by the industry and is already in use by several major players in the sector. Our team is based in Oslo and consists of developers, commercial professionals and domain experts working closely across functions.
About the roles
Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. To strengthen our customer success team, we are now looking for two new Customer Success colleagues who will play a central role in expanding and deepening our customer relationships.
Both roles share the same mission: ensuring our customers see long-term value in our product, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities. But they will have different areas of focus:
Customer Success – Focus on scale & automation
We’re hiring one role that will focus on scale and automation – building scalable processes to manage a high volume of customers efficiently, while ensuring each customer still feels supported and valued. The challenge is to grow with volume without losing the quality and human touch that define our customer relationships.
Customer Success – Focus on complex accounts
We’re also hiring a role that will focus on more complex customer relationships / Accounts – engaging with senior stakeholders, ensuring adoption across larger accounts, and driving commercial opportunities with strategic customers. Meeting the needs of the larger accounts that have more complex needs.
Together, these roles will ensure that as we grow, we maintain both the scale and quality that define our customer success philosophy.
What you will be doing
In both roles, you will:
- Own the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner for customers, ensuring adoption and satisfaction
- Lead customer meetings, build trust, and drive both commercial and product-related conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to improve adoption and engagement
- Provide insights and structure to improve data-driven customer engagement
Working as our CS with Scale & Automation:
- Follow up on a high volume of customer accounts with structured processes
- Build and automate workflows that enable scalable customer engagement
- Ensure processes are set up to handle growth without losing quality
Working as our CS towards larger and complex Accounts:
- Manage larger or strategic customers with more complex needs
- Navigate multiple stakeholders and ensure product adoption across teams
- Drive commercial dialogues with senior decision-makers and uncover growth opportunities
Who we are looking for
We are looking for commercially minded, proactive people who are passionate about building long-term customer relationships. Ideally, you have experience from SaaS/B2B where you’ve worked in roles balancing customer success and commercial ownership.
In addition, we value candidates who have:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with renewals, upsell, or commercial account management
- Curiosity and interest in understanding both the product and customer needs
- Analytical thinking and the ability to see opportunities through data and insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing
In addition, we value candidates who:
- Has experience from industries with complex stakeholders (e.g. SaaS, B2B, tech-driven sectors)
- Familiarity with data- or marketing-driven customer engagement processes
